Don Beyer believes that the most important issue on voters minds is impeachment, protecting animal rights, weakening our military, promoting open borders, aiding states that sponsor terrorism, advocating for global climate change, supporting Nancy Pelosi and electing Democrats, but Major Mike Webb places the nation first, because he took a solemn oath without mental reservation or purpose of evasion.
A Mind Is a Terrible Thing to Waste
Major Mike Webb’s grandmother was a primary school teacher in a segregated school south of Danville, before her husband was shot because he looked like he was going to vote. Major Mike Webb’s father, her son, launched the first magnet high school in New Jersey. And Major Mike Webb’s godfather, the first African American House Majority Whip, was the former President of the United Negro College Fund.
Major Mike Webb has been involved in admissions since his days in college, specializing in diversity recruitment of quality candidates, and has an unparallelled record of success, recently identifying a feeder school for the journalism program at his alma mater.
Major Mike Webb has submitted proposals to the Arlington Public School Board to promote school choice, including a proposal to permit a public charter school sponsor to create a “reverse magnet” high school to address the pockets of underperformance in one of the Commonwealth’s best public school divisions. Major Mike Webb has begun a dialogue regarding similar initiatives in the Alexandria City Public Schools to present real solutions that effect student performance, rather than expensive cosmetic elixirs like changing names of public school facilities.
Putting Faith to Work
There are 21 million pro life Democrats who Mayor Pete Buttiegieg recently stated have no place in his party, despite the fact that a single issue voter on abortion, a pro life voter is far more likely to become engaged than a pro choice voter. At the 2012 DNC Nomination Convention, Ohio Governor Ted Strickland, Chairman of the Platform Committee and a United Methodist minister, abused convention rules to add language referencing God and recognizing Jersulalem as Israel’s capital, in a nondebatable motion that was passed over the the objections voiced in three successive voice votes, “in the opinion of the chair.” The Pew Research Center has confirmed that, on faith, an African American is closer ideologically to a Republican evangelical Christian than a progressive Democrat. And, Major Mike Webb has been an open and notorious voice in correspondence, at government meetings and in protests to protect the values of Christian faith.
Major Mike Webb has held Don Beyer accountable for hosting a “call to prayer” in the mosque most associated with the planning of the terror attacks on 9/11, immediately after the attacks in San Bernandino under claims of “solidarity,” especially after his silence when a large historical black congregation in his own neighborhood received a bomb threat just before the midterm elections.
Major Mike Webb has proposed legislation to amend the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, which extends beyond the allowances of the Commerce Clause, to propose that it be replaced with protections for constitutionally guaranteed rights, joined with current protections for victims of violence in places of worship contained in the current enactment.
Major Mike Webb has proposed solutions mainline Black Protestant denomination churches to reduce homeless in the nation’s capital, which has the highest homeless population per capita in the United States, and began this year discussions with their church conventions to begin an adoption ministry to rescue black babies from abortion.
Clean the Swamp: Put Litter in Its Place
This is what is called a “Deliberative Process” document in FOIA, which is generally not disclosed under Exemption 5, except when specifically requested in litigation for good cause. It was released voluntarily by DoD, with the assistance of Mark Warner, after Don Beyer and Tim Kaine refused to assist in obtaining an expedite request. DoD produced no evidence that Major Mike Webb ever applied for the position, and the job offer, with annual compensation totalling $92,145, a thing of value equal to a stack of dollar bills half the size of the White House, for an expired mission, was extended to him just before the deadline to enter the 2016 GOP nomination convention, but despite three litigations, the Merit Systems Protection Board has refused to investigate Major Mike Webb’s whistleblower complaint as required under 5 U.S.C. Section 1221(f)(3), but rather has published, without the required public comment period, a withdrawal policy that works to fraudulently induce federal employeees to forfeit their appeals of right, has evaded the service of a summons, in obstruction of justice, in violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 1512(b)(2)(C), and placed the words “bribe” in mocking quotations in pleadings to federal courts, despite evidence, beyond a reasonable doubt, to corroborate a prima facie case for bribery, under 18 U.S.C. Section 201(b).
Major Mike Webb has developed and litigated three cases through federal courts on this issue to restore accountability and eliminate corruption in federal government service, and, as of October 1, 2019, is awaiting a decision on a proposal for repeal of the unconstitutional policy at the MSPB.
Most recently, Major Mike Webb has filed a formal complaint with the Federal Elections Commission regarding Don Beyer’s acceptance of illegal donations from the independent expenditure committee, or super PAC, for the Federal Employees’ Union, and he has provided a courtesy copy to the House Ethics Committee. Mark Warner, however, has refused to initiate an investigation with the Senate Ethics Committee on the involvement of his colleague, Tim Kaine, in the conspiracy to commit bribery.
